All the hand signs in Naruto...here are some jutsu combos:
Fire- Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu (This Jutsu converts chakra to a flame and can incinerate the enemy with a large fireball) The signs for this are in this order; Ox, Tiger, Horse, Boar, Rat, and Rooster.
Earth Style: Fanged Pursuit Jutsu (The user uses ninja dogs that he summons to track down an enemy. ex. they follow the scent of blood) The signs are in this order; Tiger, Snake, Dragon, Dog and then proceed to place palms on ground.
Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu (This Jutsu hits the enemy with a large jet of water that has incredible momentum) The combo is Dragon ? ? ? ? and then Bird

Thats not shadow clone jutsu, Shadow clone jutsu uses a special hand sign that looks like Ox, but is the pointer and middle finger of each hand put in a cross form.

Your great at making those hand signs! My hands aren't very flexible, so these are REALLY hard to perform.

I've been practicing, and I think it would take me about 4 seconds to perform the clone jutsu

this is really helpful, cuz my brother and I like to play Naruto, and knowing the handsigns is awesome. that being said.... my inner OCD perfectionist must nag... those signs would be for the clone jutsu, a genin level genjutsu. the shadow clone jutsu is a jounin level ninjutsu that hasonly one handsign, which is never named. also, the fireball jutsu's last two signs are horse and tiger. SORRY, i just can't help nagging... ^^'
