The original is an IRL image. I've used the background from that, but blurred it enough to obscure visages. Both because the original image is difficult to locate, and because I want to avoid harassment of the individual in question (if someone was dedicated enough to find her), I'm not going to link it. However, if you look in the right places, you'll definitely be able to find it.

Also, panties riding up sooooo high like in public this is a look I wouldn't mind becoming a trend...!
