This is really stunning~ I really love the lighting effect you added to the wolf's outline~ The way you added stars to the wolf gives it an ephemeral feel... like either the stars are reflecting off of its pelt, or maybe it's a spirit-wolf, or something like that~ I love the wolf's fur, too, but if you are going for realism, I think the neck is a little thick~
