Just so people who are unfamiliar with parrots know, avocados are highly poisonous to parrots, mutating a parrot with one is a bad idea. Kaju's ensue.
(Don't feed them to your parrot though, seriously.)

So I got a parrot, a Senegal, so named Bon-Bon. She was aviary breed and reared so when I first got her she was flappy, scared, bit VERY hard and had had almost no contact with humans up till that point. Almost two weeks later she is friendly, much less bitey, (Only get a few nips now and then) sits on my hand, arm, shoulder and even crawled onto my head at one point, we're both learning how the other works and hopefully she'll settle in well. <:
