This picture depicts Broadway as a Maneki Neko which (for those who may not know) is one of those cat statues that you often see in Asian takeaways and restaurants. I read that they are a symbol of wealth and good luck, and that their raised paw is meant to invite a person into a business or home. Therefore, as Broadway is a Gargoyle who likes his food and is a friendly 'happy-go-lucky' character, I thought that this guise would suit him.

I realise that his wings aren't visible but when I tried to draw them in they just didn't look right, so please imagine that they're out of sight around his back.
