Poland wasn't partitioned and criticized in WWI. The League of Nations ruled in their favor in a bunch of disputes with Germany.

He was one of the most (if not the most) damaged countries in second WW, and this picture refers to WWII

Poland gained its' independence after WWI though (the 120 year gap referenced between partitions and then),so this pic would apply to WWI. Poland was an independent state before being annexed by Germany and USSR and WWII, becoming a pro-Soviet country.
