Sometimes one of the amusing parts about posted commissions is trying to figure out the story that the person who commissioned it gave to the artist.

It looks like panels 3 through 7 somehow has Red Panzer compelling WW to drop her lasso, then cross her bracelets behind her back (ready for tying). My best guess is that its being done by villain #2 who shows up in pages 3 and 4 of this series; judging by his uniform, he appears to have some kind of magnetism powers, so he's the one causing her (metallic) bracelets to move against her will .
