Description Oh, the things you sometimes find yourself doing! Like navigating through forgotten vaults of Anciris with a lynx mage/thief who is impossible to convince into cooperation, or having to put up with a nagging cat, stalling for every stupid wall scribble, reading them out loud in their equally stupid foreign languages.

I am sure at least some of you ran into Peachfuzz before. She, I am sure, spends significant time on commenting sprees, spreading positive comments wherever she goes. In fact, I remember her running into me at least twice, despite neigher of us watching the other. Having fixed that, I though such good demeanor deserves a sign of appreciation.

The long wait to see this animation completed was well worth it! I have to say, you did a great job with the movements of her arm as she reads, it helps convey what exactly is going on Two details I didn't notice on my first look -- the flicker of the light in Shirinara's eyes -- it is spot on... Also, the subtle movement of their bodies as they breathe. Super cool animation, it's always a pleasure to see new Rados art!

I knew I should have put red glowing eyes in the background! Then the theme would not be lacking in seriousness as I see it, despite my great efforts, still does for some. ...And at that particular moment, I am sure they would be looking for exit. ...Or if nothing else I pray she's not reading one of Lovecraft's novels out loud.

I had to just sit here for a long while and lovingly admire the absolute astounding beauty before I could even begin to form words. Where to begin explaining all of the things I adore about this...?

To start, I suppose it's only fair to point out that you are one of the nicest people on the planet for taking the time to do this. <3 Your artistic skill is surpassed perhaps only by your kindness! And such skill you have. I've always admired your wonderful traditional paintings, and now I see that you are also impressively skilled with vector work and animations. The lines all look so gorgeous and smooth, even when moving. I love how Cleo is reading aloud as she follows the markings on the walls with her eyes and finger. Plus the gentle, smooth swing of her sleeve. It took me a while to notice the soft motion of their breathing. Together with the ebbing light from Shirinara's magic, and how it reflects with varying intensity on their eyes and shiny accessories, it's simply incredible the detail you have put into this.

I recognized these two immediately when I saw the tiny thumbnail in my message center. You did a really good job capturing their essential characters and details accurately, and I simply adore what you've done with Cleo's top. It's such a cool enhancement of the design I created in the artwork of her you linked to here. The addition of patterns to the fabric is brilliant. I may have to steal that... And this is exactly how they would likely be behaving in such a place. Being unable to read any of the markings, Shirinara surely would find them mighty boring, while Cleo would be elated and fascinated. It's weird and wonderful to me to see Shirinara towering over Cleo in height like this. X3 What an awesome "alternate universe" that would be, with Shirinara as a more imposing figure physically (she's pretty tiny even at maximum adult height, the top of her head only coming to slightly above Cleo's shoulders). But that has no bearing whatsoever on the quality of the art or the meaningfulness of this gift. Just bringing it up because this shows me how awesome this alternate height relationship would be.

You are amazing in every way! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making this! I adore it!

Oh, you get it all wrong - I made this picture for you because you have been nice to me. To me and a ton of other people from what I can tell. In the light of this I am sure you find a gift picture for you a long overdue. And in all honesty it was fun making this one.
Moreover, I am so happy you like this piece. I know of their unmatching heights, but it was too late in the making and fixing it would totally throw my composition  out of balance, so in choosing whether to make the picture correct or fine, facts gave way. Making the assumption of the two knowing each other and having them spend time together worried me even more, but hearing no points against gave me my relieve. Even more so as you went to great lenghts to show me you studied it in detail and approved of my designs.

So to wrap it up here, I like you for your conduct on DeviantART. This is about how much.

I'm honored that my conduct on DA has made you happy enough to express it this way! With a gift, it's not important that every fact about my characters be perfectly correct. It's a lot of fun to see how people interpret them. And inspiring, too!

I'm still hammering out the plot, but these two do meet and spend some time together over the course of the story.

Thanks! It could be a very long wait, though. My long-term goal is a comic or graphic novel, but things are still very open to change.

Nah, simple flat colours and equally simple animation. You do graphic designs with shading and stuff which is beyond my grasp, so at least I can say my pictures are simple but they @§#*-ing move!
