This pic reminds me of a sight gag in an episode of the old Disney TaleSpin cartoon.
Wherein Baloo was flying to an island named something like: "Crack-Your-Toe-Ah"
The island itself was in the shape of a foot with 5 smaller islands making up the "toes",
with a volcano on the "big toe" island.
I thought it was funny.
