I don't even know why I tried to draw him in that pose, but it kinda reminds me of the Phantom of the Opera. Either way, this is Vortai! Trying to draw him more often, because as soon as I frikkin' learn how to use my tablet, I might try to make comics.

Also here is some stuff about Vortai.
He is a genetically modified Dustox, just to not say lab-rat. Some attempt of making an "improved" pokemon using science and stuff. Of course he escaped and stuff, but the mess was already done. So he needs to wear that mask most of times because he isn't capable of controlling his power well without it.
