Description
This is a drawing I have been wanting to do for a long time, and is my way of showing just how much I totally love Revan and HK-47!

The idea came to mind when I noticed several similarities between two of Star Wars' most powerful teens - Revan and Anakin. Interesting, since their lives are separated by almost 4,000 years worth of time.

What do the two have in common? Well, first off - they both built their own droid. And as Revan so boldly (and shamelessly) states, HK is obviously the one you'd much rather have as back-up! Both droids are funny, in VERY different ways and provide a sort of comic-relief, in addition to both also having a counterpart to argue with (C-3PO/R2-D2 and HK-47/T3-M4). BioWare knew a winning formula when they saw one!

The two Jedi also have impressive war careers, raise in rank quickly and early, and of course, fall to the dark side. Revan is the first known "Darth", and later Vader also gets the designation. To Star Wars fans, he's the first of the Darths we're introduced to. They are also both redeemed and brought back to the light side.

A few more minor similarities - both are very talented podracers... wear really cool armor when they're Sith Lords... fall into wonderfully forbidden love... and slaughter a whole bunch of sand people! (OK, so that's only if you go dark side for Revan... but still. The option's there.)

But in the end, although I do love Threepio and Ani, I gotta go with my girl Rev. She made HK. What else can be said? Haha.

Well, I hope this makes you all laugh as much as it did for me! I was scared that C-3PO was going to look terrible since this was my first time drawing him.. Anakin too.
