I finally decided to put a little more effort into this old thing, and I think it came out alright.I have NO understanding of city lights in the rain and stuff, so if you can offer me any advice on that, you'll be my hero.

i think the rain looks good. as for the lights why not add dots of yellow and white on the windows. it may help...

I think the rain is really good, and the lights, as regards their look, too.
It's just the arrangement of the lights I'd change - especially on the high skyscrapers where there are no advertisings any more. I'd put them a little more in rows and columns. Then again, I'm no expert for cityscapes XD
