I actually think that Helen is Maria. that dr. Gerald found a cure but it kind of had some side effects one being it reversed her age and 2 it still left her sickly and it would make since that Helen is paraplegic because Maria was shot in the back and the most damming evident is that rouge had said that two escape pods had been launched but not found and it is theorized if that a person ever reverted back into a baby and grow up under different circumstances and environment their physical features change and that island Helen want to see because her father told her about it. it would not be out of the realm of possibility that Helen is adopted since she dose not look like her parents all that much they have gray eyes and brown hair.

LOL ehhehe...an idea? Uhm...if you mean Shadow and Helen, why don't you try to draw her when she is old (so lovely XD) but if you mean Sonic and Shadow (i really love Shadow) maybe when they are fighting
