This picture is just jummy and extraordinarily sexy o.o
The texture of the skin is great, facial expression, pose, the running blood... stunning.
Only little criticism I'd have would be that the upper arms appear a bit overdone muscle-wise.

I use tons of referances, and when I can't find one I like, I make my own in Poser or ZBrush.

Ah, I see. I'm a total mess when it comes to male anatomy, usually. I'm so used to looking at my own body in dance for corrections, but I don't examine guys' bodies on a regular basis.
