Phobia is a relativly new character... She was actually a request of a friend of mine... actually... "You should make a fox!" she said...Phobia's Bio:
Phobia, or, Phebee Shelby Omnifear, is a "Fear Fox", she can create an illusion of your greatest fear, if that doesn't work... she BECOMES said fear! But under normal conditions... she mild-mannered, and has a HUGE crush on Bill! She is suppose to be the daughter of the "Nine Tails Fox" as well as cousin to the three headed dog, Cerberus (Refered to as triplet cousins "Cerb", "Berny", and "Russell").
She fears nothing except shoes, and losing control. If she does lose control on her self, she goes into a rather scary version of herself: "Flesti Raef" ("Fear Itself" reversed, Pronounced FLES-tee RAFE), in which her magenta eyes gleam red, her fur stands on end, a firey aura surrounds her, and she has a vicious menacing grin. The only known way currently to bring her to her senses, is if Bill catches her in a hug and kisses her.
She tends to speak in a riddle-type way when explaning or talking about something:
"Phobia is fear, and to fear all fears is me, Phobia Omnifear." (Explanaition of her name)
"The one who is powerful and rules over citizens is not respected because of that, but moreover as to how he reguards his subjects..." (Exp. of a king)
"Let the one who does not reside in a glass house, cast the first stone..." (her way of saying "you shouldn't talk!")
Note: Both Phobia's Nickname and power were created when I was watching "Arachnophobia", which, in later soon to come designs, gave me the idea to put a cartoony spider on the front of a shirt for her.
