Hey, wow, it's like my fourth time drawing him, and I think I got the basic idea now. It only took like, about 50+ reference screenshots from the cartoon and a few hours trying to figure out how to make it look like he's actually got a physical body under that poofy get up. I'm referring to the placement of the legs and feet, which I almost made this a "waist up" shot, but thought it would look better this way.I also had to adapt a bit with my style, but I'm happy with it.
So, have a Quackerjack from Darkwing Duck, I dunno why he looks nervous, I just wanted to draw him with his mouth closed and he does have a tendency to grab the dingle dangles of that hat of his that he never takes off.

I had this whole thing typed out, and I hit the delete all key because I looked at my dog who was fussing at me because her toy was under the cedar chest and wasn't going to let me finish without pawing at me, so basically I was agreeing with similar sentiments and an analysis or two, but I don't feel like taking another 20mins to type that out, so... Yeah, I agree.
I honestly did not expect him to have so much layers, and I was very pleasantly suprised that there was that much depth...

Oh my god, Quackerjack! I love this guy, he's my favorite of the Darkwing Duck villains (Though all the others are still really likable too, even Negaduck XD)
He's tough to draw, though! I'd say you did really well! ^W^

I love how the cartoon played it off as though he was just some silly clown guy who was obsessed with toys and went out of business because of video games is an all around loon... And then he goes and makes two fully functional time machines out of large spinning tops, two giant robot mechs designed after a crying doll and a teddy bear, and somewhat sentient life out of toy automatons.
Like, he's crazy, yeah, but he's also some kind of engineer on par with a scientist. XD
Yeah, he's pretty hard to draw, but I'm pleased with this one. Thank you.
