this is my way of seeing faeries....they're not pretty..or cute..they're spirits...shapeshifters...this is their real form...little devils that take cover of a pretty butterfly, a grasshopper or a cute little innocent girl with butterfly wings....
can you see it too? or does it see you?

This brings me back to the origin of moth wings with eyes on them.

well, I am kinda tired of fully humanoid faeries....so I'm drawing them with mostly animal parts.....this one has hoofs and on a mini model I made, goat ears too...others may look more like insects..depends on the influence mostly xD

I think that everyone can draw and paint if one tries really hard....there are mostly tipps and tutorials that help a lot in developing...if you want I can send some scanned tutorials to you...

They remind me a little bit of the fairy-designs from Magic The Gathering (a trading-card game, in case you never heard of it)
Love those eyes, too (why do they remind me of a certain butterfly I drew not too long ago?
