I'm going to be like everyone else and mention that i really like how the wings turned out. However, i also like the thought of all the belts on him. The detail is nicely done....and he's pretty XD Good job!

As far as critiquing goes, though I really don't have much to say. The only thing that really seems off to me is his calf muscles, them being what appears to me thicker than his theighs. There aren't really many other things though that I beleive you can improve upon in here. But in the way of praise, I can simply say what everyone else has allready said and add it twicefold.

Right, I am a dork for not writing a comment earlier. Anyways, I love the wings. Those wings were an eye catcher for me. Gorgerous! I think I spelled that wrong. Sorry about that.
A great sense of details to the wings, clothes and hair. However, I think the arm seem short, or off in some way. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly.

I have a weak spot for ear-wings. Just thought I'd let you know. I don't see enough of them. His pointy shoes are further endearing. Your description's pretty good about him. It reveals a lot, yet makes me curious as to what secrets he's hiding.
Great detail, fairly solid anatomy (Which I won't go into because other people already have, and better than I can). I kind of wish the wings had more of an angle to them, so that one would appear closer to the viewer than the other.
One last thing: I'm jealous of your ability to render armor. The shoulder pads rock!

The detail in the wings and clothing is stunning. I think the arms are too short for this body. The wrists are rather narrow compared to the size of the hands. As amazingly detailed the wings are, they don't seem to be aligned correctly. The wings look like they are directly facing the front, but his his body is turned a little to the side. In other words, the wings should be parallel to the body. His right wings would appear larger because they turned toward the viewer while the left wings will appear smaller as they are turned away from the viewer (foreshortening

How annoying that this thing doesn't say if you accept crit's or not. 
Anyway, followed you here from the forums, so thought I might as well check some of your stuff out.
To hop on the bandwagon a bit, I think this looks really good. 
Crit time!
His lower arm looks a bit off; a bit small and thin, perhaps, compared to the rest of the picture. With arms, normally when a person's standing straight, the tips of their fingers reach about mid-thigh; it's a bit harder to draw when a person isn't standing straight, but if you try to make the elbows stop around the waist area, and perhaps measure the distances with your fingers or something, it might help.
Of course, that could just be because of the angle the arm is meant to be, in which case I would suggest making the wrist thicker and hand larger to make them seem closer....or something.
