Yes Im dead serious maybe it her Hairstyle and skin tone, it similar to Marceline, and the glasses reminds me of Simon. Actually the skin tone to reminds me a little bit of Ice King.

Oh I understand perfectly that you dídnt mean to draw marceline. It just that what she reminds me of. I'm sure if you ask your watchers, what she remind them off. Some of them would say marceline. While others may mention characters from other media. Perhaps some you never seen or heard of.

In this type of illustrations I like to start without any concrete idea and leave the character and my mind a little free, I try things and in the end something comes out, good   or bad , 
so at the end I perceive her personality looking at her, just like you  

That's why I don't usually make personality descriptions or things like that, I like to let everyone see/feel what they want. 

I'm not sure if I answered your question with all this

To me she looks like a teenage vampire. Maybe she goes to a school for supernatural creatures. I think she's smart but also a little shy.

is funny because someone already commented that she reminds him to Marceline, the vampire character from the Adventure Time show.   
it seems that I have drawn a little vampire without pretending  .
