Description
Underrated or overrated is a tricky subject; it only works when a majority of people disagree with you. If you say something that is very hated is "overrated", you'd just be redundant. That's why it's impossible to call My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic overrated or underrated; a lot of people love it to death, and a lot of people hate it with a burning passion. So things are pretty much split down the middle.

Now...on to the review!

10. Teen Titans Go!

Okay, yes, this show has become real crap over the years (starting with things like...Staff Meeting )...but when it first started, I honestly thought it was OK. It wasn't exactly a chucklefest, but it was at least decent. Nowadays, it just seems like something that I should just ignore, considering that any attempt to rant on the show will just make things a hundred times worse.

9. Johnny Test
This is a similar case. It may have been the only show that I ended up quitting on, and it became pretty crappy in the later seasons, but the first two seasons were actually okay to me. There may even be a couple of good episodes here or there. There might not be much originality here, but it still seemed to be trying at first.

8. My Little Pony (Generation 3)
Now, I'm not saying this show is GOOD, or that there should be more shows like it, but it seems like a pretty harmless show to me. The character designs aren't really all that creepy; they actually look kinda cute. Again, this just seems like a show that I simply wouldn't want to watch, not something to hate on. Plus, it's SUBLIME compared to Newborn Kooties.

7. Kappa Mikey
I honestly like the parody and humor of this show. It's a fun parody of anime shows, and it doesn't seem pretentious in any way. It's not a GREAT show, but it feels like My Life Me done much, much better.

6. Mutt and Jeff
This is considered to be the oldest animated show in existence, and it definitely needs more recognition. Sure, Mickey Mouse and Felix the Cat are good and all, and this show is really dated, but it's still an interesting show that's worth a watch.

5. The Problem Solverz
Hooooooh boy...

All right, I'll admit that the character designs are very hard to look at (it looks like Horace is having some allergic reaction to something), and Alfe can be a jerk a lot of the time, but it's not so bad. It seems I'm the only one who is not fazed by the flashing colors, and some of the storylines can actually be kinda decent (emphasis on SOME).

It's definitely not a great show, but it's far better than stuff like Almost Naked Animals.

4. My Little Pony (Generation 1)
It actually seems like a pretty good show with interesting characters and great stories; it's even comparable to the current generation of MLP. It's something you can definitely get engaged in. Also, considering its time period, cartoons were only starting to recover from the Animation Dark Ages of the 70's, so even if it's not great, it's still pretty good by 1980's standards.

The 1980's animation also has some charm to it, and it's actually pretty on model.

3. The Garfield Show
I...don't really see the problem with this show. It seems just as good as Garfield and Friends, and it can actually be really funny. Some of the characters may be a bit disagreeable, and the storylines aren't great, but it's still an impressive TV show, and one of the funniest of its time.

2. The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!
I don't like the other Mario cartoons that much, but this one is actually surprisingly good. Sure, a lot of the episodes are basically just weak parodies of older movies, but when they don't do a movie parody, they can do INCREDIBLE things. Heck, even a couple of the movie parodies can be pretty good (Plummers Academy, Koopzilla, etc.)

Also, I find it pretty cool they got Captain Lou Albano to play Mario.

1. The Cleveland Show!
A lot of people consider this to be Seth MacFarlane's worst cartoon.

The thing is...I think it's actually his best.

Sure, some of the jokes may be a bit off color, and there are a few boring episodes (it's not great by any means), but it still has quite a few good episodes with pretty good stories, and I'm glad that my favorite character of Family Guy got his own show. To be honest, while I can see a resemblance to Family Guy, that doesn't harm the show. I still find the show to have funny and memorable episodes, and it's a shame that it got cancelled.

So, those are what I think are the most overhated / underrated animated shows.
