This egg did not meet its qualifications in time. The researcher was given a second chance to complete a task and allow the egg to hatch, and a component of that task was left out and not completed in time. Unfortunately, this egg has died.Researcher:

Three eggs were laid in this clutch. One goes to each researcher, and the other one will be put up for adoption.
The markings on the shells may or may not indicate the beastβs markings. The only way to find out is to hatch them.
Note: They must be kept moist at all times, but they do not need to be constantly submerged. They must be in water at the time of their hatchings.
Requirements
To hatch this egg, the researcher must obtain 10 faves and 10 comments from 10 different people. The researcher's own comment can only count once. In addition, the researcher must comment at least twice (on separate days) with an entry on the egg's care and what steps are being taken to ensure its safe hatching. More journal entries may influence the offspring's development and possibly quicken its hatching.
The deadline for meeting these qualifications is May 2nd.

I hate it when they die. This is why I give second chances and quests to save the babies. If they're fulfilled, then the babies are fine. If they're not...this happens. ;_;

I carry a bunch of cleaning supplies and prepare to clean out the water for the tank that holds the egg, I gently place the egg into a temporary tank and in the main one plant new plants, I also replace the stones in the tank. I finish and take the egg and lay it upon a flatter plant that keeps it cushioned.
