I love the rain and, yes, I do enjoy splashing in puddles like a little kid.I'm going to take a stab in the dark and assume that my new quality-time pal, with his head perpetually on fire and all, does not enjoy it so much. And frowns upon my general frivolity, especially when I am splashing my joy all over him.
As a side note, I do actually own a giant red umbrella.

LOL! The thing about cold weather is, you can always bundle up as much as you want. But when it comes to heat (which is what I truely CANNOT stand), you can't exactly run around naked, you know? Kinda frowned upon by the public in general! XD

Ah, no worries dear! Myself, I think he that if his flame went out he would only get the equivalent of a cold (or just very very weak!). Remember it went out at the end of his episode? Became completely powerless! Exactly how any of us feel when we get sick! Our dear Lord Demongo will NEVER die! *triumphant*

Ah! Thank you very much! Such comments (and flattery) are always appreciated! I just sketched my stuff out and then pulled them into Illustrator and added blocks of color (layers are my friends!).
Your sketchwork is very well done. I especially like your Reaper-JCV style. I love sharp spiral shapes and high-contrast penwork. Your photography is also very stunning. The extreme angles have a lot of energy in them, especially your Doorway piece. It was very creepy. Love it!

Yes, I drew inspiration for the city from screenshots of Samurai Jack. I've never really done any serious backgrounds before 'cause I'm usually so focused on the characters but this one was fun to do and didn't take too long. Will have to keep experimenting. [link]
Yes, I am actually planning on doing a piece where Demongo gets drenched somehow. He won't appreciate it but hardship builds character I always say. [link]

It is indeed Demongo, only the best villain in the best animated series ever. The chick is me. I really do look like that, but only when my hair is freshly dyed. I was originally a black and white illustrator until recently, so your comment on my coloring is much appreciated![link]
