What I think is really cool, is around the..*counts* 5th and 6th pair of legs, how his belly fur sits on his tail for just a little bit before it turns off to the side and hangs over there, instead of just being drawn not moving anywhere at all. *hopes that makes sense* And the way his kinda head-whiskers curl around so much. That's really cute, okay. And the tiny grin/teeth showing that he's got going on. Twelvepawed is really pretty. 8D
His stripes look black to me. XD I dunno, maybe some people are calling it brown because their monitor's set too light. o_O

Lonely? How does such a magnificent and awesome guy like this wind up lonely? (Or maybe that's a stupid question. I wouldn't be surprised if he manages that the same way we all sometimes do.)

To explain.. First of all, need to mention that twelvepawed dragons have a "default" ability of:
1) going to other dimensions/parallel worlds, and...
2) ...while being rather close to their native world, they can keep a telepathical connection with other dragons of their kind
3) when needed, twelvepaweds fall in deep "lethargic" sleep, turning into stone (first of all they're dragons of Earth elemental) - in such state all physical processes are frozen, only mind is lazily drowzing, unaware of what's happening around.
It happened so, that once Twelvepawed found Raekterrna world - but it was so far from his native one, that he wasn't able to "hear" what's going on in "twelvepawed dimension".
He spent there a year - exploring the world and watching as the conflict between Raekterrnian scaly dragons is becoming more and more severe. In 18-th century the Arkratrriam war in Raekterrna began.
Twelvepawed has spent much time on watching the battle, and finally got himself involved in it - aaand escaped the magic explosion (will describe it later in Raekterrna info ) ) by a pure miracle - he was fast enough to "jump" back in his world. And found no one there - Twelvepaweds disappeared, not leaving even a hint of their presence, TP couldn't feel them: it means they're "asleep" or dead. He could easily feel a great amont of extremely strong "free" magic, which was unusual for this world.
Since that time, he never saw other dragons of his kind again.
He has been searching for them everywhere, in different worlds, but failed to find anyone, and he still couldn't "catch" their mind.
Finally Twelvepawed returned in Raekterrna, (which has almost fully recovered from the war by that time) and stayed there - yet he's still making a "world-to-world trips" searching for twelvepaweds, believing that his kind exists somewhere.
