Been at it the entire day phew finally done DXDidn't had much info on Serori so I did the best I could with the info I had.
Female Rage (known as Keiko when needing to give a false name) has a higher speed but lower attack, which she used to surprise Serori.
No colors folks, that would really make me finish it waaaay too late.
The smaller part is due to SAI having a 10k pixel limit and I forgot I changed the width.

Rage has a moveset varying of ninja's, samurai's, martial arts, energu based attacks and a combination of them. Even though he has alot of techniques, he is never capable of using them all due to energy amount.

And one comment just makes me shake my head.
My character travels through dimensions picking up techniques, which happen do be some ninjutsu's
and thinks right away that it's a Naruto character, without looking at the obvious saiyan tails.

I saw it. Don't worry about it. There aren't any rules stating what attacks can be used because that's just retarded. FC creators give their characters their own moves all the time, this is no different. 
I think that comment is hilarious. Apparently Ninjutsu, which has been around for centuries, has now been claimed by Naruto characters. So if your character does any kind of Ninjutsu move you must be copying Naruto, right?

Well I DO have a background story behind it how he gained some ninjutsu, not making him have it instantly.
As I tell others Rage is a dimension traveller (At first just flung into a other dimension) as he went through dimensions (sometimes parallel versions, sometimes universes from other series) Rage decided to walk the path of techniques to try to save himself from problematic situations. From this he learned different kinds of Martial Arts, Ninjutsu's, Sword Techniques etc.
As to not make him a Gary Stu, I've seet him on never being capable of using all of them, he is limited of course to his energy level or environmetal situations. As SSJ2 he cannot use his electric energy around oceans, underwater, neer rivers or just plain ol rain.
As for the ninjutsu's I took Naruto because well, it's easier to explain to people. From learning all kinds of technique's Rage is unpredictable, on which he has a hard time fighting mindreaders, as I am a person that likes comedy I tend to have him "break the fourth wall" here and there.
All fair, when I first made him when I was 12 or so, he was pretty much Gary Stu lol, but I did my best on putting him in a good backstory, yes ok Son of Goku, who hasnt done that, but I had the idea of having him just play a supportive role untill he disappeared before the Cell Games for 7 years developing him without affecting the story, on which having him return before the Buu Saga (or as I call it, The Buu Crisis).
Yep sorry for all the yapping but I just want to let people know that Rage is just your regular halfSaiyan fighter, who basically got his ass kicked by Vegeta, Nappa, Ginyu Force, Freeza and Buu. (of course defeating enemies here and there not turning him in the assmonkey)
