Description Dawn on the Firth of Clyde. Viewed from Kilchattan, Isle of Bute.

This stretch of water has seen soem of the world's greatest ships. They were either built on the Clyde or visited from elsewhere. Nowadays, shipbuilding is not a major industry in Scotland but it's a great part of our heritage.
