Description
The goblin crime lord in charge of Port Midas, he hates humans and schemes with Emperor Korgath the usher in their extinction. In the meantime, he runs a criminal organization aimed at spying on humanity. He's the one who gives Ivana her bounties to collect.
In Star's timeline, Ivana and Galen killed Jixl just before reaching Golath Prime. During the escape from Imperial Forces, they activated the gravitic drive causing the accident bringing them to an alternate reality and past. Jixl is more ruthless than any villain they've faced in their new reality.

In the book, humans are a younger species compared to the rest of the races in the galaxy. His family was wiped out by pirates who were mostly human, so he does indeed believe they started it. The war that saw humans almost wiped out and near extinction was started by Emperor Korgath because he feared they had advanced too much far too quickly and threatened his power over the rest of the galaxy. He started the war to end the threat, and Jixl was Korgath's best and most proficient assassin. After the war Korgath sent him to the outer rim to "rule" over humans ensuring those remaining didn't rebuild their military or continue to advance their technology.
