Looks like someone has taken it upon himself to take an up-close and personal tour of the aquarium.

Goofy's torso and legs and most of his arms were taken from a shot from H2O Glow After Hours at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, his lower arms and hands were from other random pics of him in the park, and the head is from a pic of an old meet and greet in Disney World Tokyo.
