you will not get the items and colors in the image, all you will get is the basic shape, mesh smooth, nurb it some more if you wish for it to be smoother, .rar only contains file formats that can support quads, so no .3ds or .stl.files are .c4d(R8+), .dfx, .fbx, .wrl, .obj.

hehe, there is a reason why 3D programs come with books and or manuals in PDF format, its so that you can read them and become as good as other artists within a few days, but its persistance that allows you to make anything hard look easy.
