If you have not seen this yet, SHAME ON YOU. Basically Valve is allowing players to create their own custom weapons, hats, and avatars and submit them to Valve in an online gallery for all to see. If approved, your custom item will be placed in your backpack and cycled into the item drop system, allowing people all over the world to enjoy your hard work.

Me and a few friends started a little group for fun called "Nine Worlds". Now that Valve is making it easier for us to show off our stuff to them, this was a perfect opportunity to make something special. And here it is!

THE DRAGON WHELP HAT! For the Pyro. :3

We have already submitted the item to Valve. Only time will tell if our hat will be liked enough to actually become a part of TF2.
