so the desc says $10 or 15 GD completed does that mean for that price you'll finish the port or is that just for the background? Because I think I thought of a character of mine for you to make a port out of with this background.

Completed means character added in and non-extensive background edits.
Essentially a finished portrait, $10 PP is my normal commission price per port anyway.
