I made this boi in like........may? I think? and then never uploaded it for whatever reason?

Anyway, I've been kinda in a huge art block lately and it's making me feel horrible, so in hopes that it'll give me my spark back, I'm starting a new adopt series, Masked Spirits.

As with all my adopt series, they will all be one-offs, not a specific species, but connected with an overarching theme.

Notes: Arsit is the guardian spirit of a Forest of knowledge. A rarely found place, half in the material, half in the sprit world, it houses several temples and libraries filled with all sorts of information hard to come by elsewhere. Arsit guards the entrance to this forest, making sure only the worthy and of pure intentions can find it and enter. It is not a malicious spirit, but it is ruthless and quick in its judgement, and not at all easy to trick or overpower. While it always dutifully does its job without ever complaining of faltering, there is something about it that betrays that maybe it's not there entirely by its own will, and maybe there's something else it would like to be doing instead. It may be Arsit's only weak spot. It also has a playfull, childish side, rarely seen, and reserved only for the few that manage to get close to the spirit.
