If you have an octappi, a monkslug companion can be bonded to it, and it will provide an extra 1 OCTO when the octappi is drawn, and an extra 4 OCTO when the monkslug is depicted along with it.

If you don't have an octappi, but still want a monkslug, you can simply adopt one and keep it as its own character.

If you want a monkslug but don't wanna pay for it, there's an octappi event going on, if you complete all four quests, you can get a MYO slot for a monkslug!

Monkslug TOS:

reselling-trading is ok, so long as the monkslug is not bonded to an octappi.
Small changes to the monkslug's appearance that do not interfere with the traits as seen on the ref sheet are ok

A monkslug can only be bonded to one octappi. It cannot be transfered to another octappi or person. If the octappi changes owner, the monkslug goes with the octappi.

To bond a monkslug to your octappi you can either: let me know in the comments below when pruchasing one, or later comment on your octappi's masterlist image with the monkslug you want to bond to it.
