Description I did this for 2 very important reasons: 1) Venture is a great comic that was created by my freing Jay Faerber and and amazing artist Jamal Ingle. Due to lack of sale, Venture is being cancelled. IT SHOULDN'T BE!! It's a truly awesome story with a nice array of characters. PLEASE pick up issue # 1-3 and later issue #4 (last in the sereis, but hopefully not for long).

2) I wanted to see how I handled the character. I hope Jamal and Jay dig it.

great use of shadow inbetween the cape but i wish it would have been consistant with the legs, or at least not as many lines to show muscle. :\

It was brought out by Image Comics as one of their new superhero line, which also included familiar names like Invincible... and others ClockMaker and Dominion.

Great sketch, Ray-- you did this character proud.
