"Hibari Kyoya - The Vongola Cloud Guardian."2nd cell shading for me, I was kinda confused when I reached the hair and didn't have any idea so decided to let em like that for now and I might improve them later when I'll have more experience.

I'm sure you'll figure out how to shade the hair with more experience, but other than that, the rest of him looks great!
