Your use of color always helps draw me into your art. Interesting landscape too.. I like how the clouds/fog kinda' bunches up into it. I also like how you did those upper atmosphere clouds. Of course that large planet is an excellent touch as well.
I usually never crit. 2d paintings because that is not my medium but.. it seems a little too blurry on the foreground figure. I know you're going for a DOF there I guess. It would seem you need to add some more to the other object/rock in the foreground as well.. Unless that rock is further away then it seems?

But I still like it - not just the atmosphere, but the yellow, the clouds, the persons and the planet in the BG - wonderful!

looks beautiful, I love the transition from a warm to cool color scheme you used. althoug its not as detialed as most of your stuff I'd still say it's one of your best. I bet she loved it.

It's very pretty. 
It's really cool, because it could be taken as a 'sad' picture, or a 'happy' picture, or just about any emotion. (At least to me...)
