A very nice and original design. I don't think I've ever seen a centauroid of this kind. I like how you mixed features of a caterpillar and an adult moth. She looks really fascinating and, um, eerie.

Either way it looks really good.
To the contrary of what Yoven said, I think it looks much more mythical or mystical than gross, because of the blue color patches, the clothing and the mixed being not being very dangerous at first sight.
I do like it's pudgy legs though ^^
