Man I love your art work. The way you do eyes, noses, lips, just faces in general. It's all good and really hits home on my preferences. In particular this girl's expression hits me in a really good place, though I'm not sure how best to describe it. It's just a normal expression that says as much or as little as the on looker wants it to. I love it. Nice job.Β

I like the artwork, seriously. This girl looks good, and I freaking love your style.
But it's really sad that DeviantArt put this type of artworks on the "What's Hot" page because I found a lot of artwork which are a lot better than this and yet they don't even get 100 faves...
I mean, this is just a portrait, but I found a lot better than this, and these artworks don't get enough recognition in my opinion : /
Yes, I know there is an "Undiscovered" page, it doesn't interest anybody :v
Plus, the first thing you see when you go on deviantart.com is the "Browse" page which is quite useless because it's full of old artworks like this one : zemotion.deviantart.com/art/Foβ¦
Seriously, it's from 2007 ! It's old ! Do something about this ! Put newer Deviations !
DA Staff really should put these Deviations which aren't well known on the main page, something which would be like "Best Deviations of the day" or "of the week", because they deserve it.
I could say the same of a lot of artworks on the "What's Hot" page, and I think I will...
Well, thanks to all those who did read this, and please, spread the word ! After all, if them awesome unknown artists can get more recognition, it isn't going to bother well known artists and it only takes a couple of seconds to copy and paste this comment.

So, what, you decided to rant about this piece being on What's Hot instead of the one-off comics, MLP fanart, and advertisements for Pokemon plushes? Or are you biased towards the latter two because you feel the need to tell everyone you're a furry?

Did you read my comment right ? I said that the same thing could be said of a lot of other Deviations on the "What's Hot" page, including the MLP fanarts, PokΓ©mon plushes...
Plus, I said that I liked the pic, but that was quite sad that a simple portrait is featured on a page which is visited everyday by thousands of people while some awesome artworks are still undiscovered. So I wasn't ranting about it.
And I just told that I was a furry because it's part of my "signature", if you don't care about this just don't talk about this.

I think "Whats Hot" page is for arts that are "famous" no matter the time that was submitted, cuz whats beatiful for u isnt beatiful for me

Seriously ? You should wander on DA and try to find unknow artists, there are a lot of cool people who try to get recognition by submitting awesome Deviation, but they don't get enough faves and I find this really sad for them...
So what I find beautiful can be beautiful to anyone...

I understand what you mean, but not to be rude, I really think this piece in itself is inspiring ^^ I'm not saying you're saying that the art is bad, since you clearly said it was good haha. I'm not sure if your comment may be a little offensive to the artist though, not to be rude. I didn't intend to offend the artist (I said I loved his style, sooo...), but admit it, it's quite a pity that a simple portrait gets over 1 000 faves while some unknown awesome pieces of art only get 50 or 75 faves

Her name is Quincey and she has red-brown wings that ombre into Black. She has long, red relaxed curls (kind of like your picture with that blue haired girl) tan skin, and amber eyes. She wears a crop-top leather jacket with a dark gray tank and ripped shorts. She also has knee-high black socks and skater shoes. (could you make her look kinda clumsy and messy in a cute way?) Yes, it's Β obnoxious and insensitive but tbh I don't think people or communities can be cancer unless it's their zodiac sign. ;b
But if this person wants art of their character they should commission the artist, it's stupid and insensitive to think you're above paying for art.
