No joke, Piers has one of my favorite design in Pkm Gym leaders in ages!

A punk rock Gym leader!

With a furry Gene Simmons as him main?!

I'm 220 percent in!

Here, have my money! Just give me!

Sword and Shield did have they good share of controversy, but you can't deny that we got some really cool looking Gym leaders out of it! Let's just completely ignore Swordbert and Shieldbert..... we don't need to talk about those designs....

And boy did they do my man here dirty in game!

First his entire city is a corridor, a not very imaginative corridor. Like come on!! You couldn't think of how to design a cool punk rock, full of neon lights city?! It should've been the highlight of the entire game!

Then we have his battle! He is the only gym leader that can't Dynamax! Yes the in game story about the why is great, and fits his personality and character. But couldn't you guys have made him more challenging then?! Like, make it that even without Dynamax he still one of the strongest trainers around!

That all said, his Battle music is absolutely amazing! I don't remember any other Pkm Gym in game going that hard.

And at least they give him more screen time in the late game.

So we got that I guess?
