The name is DeviantArt...

Deviant: departing from usual or accepted standards.
Art: the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in order to convey a message, feeling, idea, idealism or notion.

So what this site is, is a safe haven for the Avant Garde, people who are artistically talentless or both at the same time.
