I would love to see a rain manip, btw. I have never tried it... but i have the feeling I would fail at it... But maybe with a little help...? And your splashes on the body are such a nice touch. So many manipers forget to add the little detail that makes the picture real... I know I do.

Well...some tips would be; download a rain brush, do streaks of water on the horse if the rain is reaching the horse, draw on some droplets dripping off the horse and splashing on it.
