He can stimulate a person’s pain receptors with the touch of his hand.
His quirk doesn’t actually hurt the person he’s using it on, but they sure do feel pain! Because his quirk relies on direct skin contact he’s learned hand to hand combat skills in order for him to fight more effectively.
Drawbacks:
If he uses his quirk too much/for too long his body will start to react to his own quirk. He would also have an unsteady hand as well as balance, ultimately leaving him exhausted and dizzy.
Continuous usage of this quirk can also make the user susceptible to future health problems.
It’s established that as he grows more tolerant and builds his quirk more, he would be able to k.o people with a touch of his hand due to the high amount of “pain” he’d stimulate in their body. However, this does not mean he is immune, his body would still face serious repercussions as he ages. * his quirk can work on all living things

* his palms glow a blueish color when he uses it
* the pain he can stimulate can be described between “tingling, pinching, burning, numb”
