Well, this was made on request for , but it didn't quite come out the way I had envisioned in my head. Not sure if it's what he wanted either, but I think it's postable anyway.
If you want me to redo it Shin-Ra, that's fine.

Well, you're right in that it wasn't exactly what I wanted, but in many ways I actually like this a lot more.
The image I had for a less digitised world came of more like a city wide planet. But with this it looks as if they technology being used is so alien or so different than what we know it has skipped just about all 'normal' forms of technology on is surface and gone for something completely different.
Additionally the use of multiple areas of snow and ice could be seen as having the reverse effect of global warming, bringing the planet towards an ice age instead.
So, I think what i'm trying to say is thanks for making something better than I asked for.
