Ciri did not become a witcher. She started hunting monsters in one of the endings, but that does not make her a witcher. A "witcher" without mutations is no witcher.

Still not a witcher. A witcher is a witcher because of all the mutations they went through not because of them hunting monsters. The order of the flaming rose hunts monsters but that does not make them witchers.

Heightened Senses comparing to normal humans ✓, Faster reflexes that a normal human ✓, Slit/Golden eyes at times ✓, possibly the strongest magic user that would step into the witcher universe ✓, extremely agile and flexible ✓
