Low and behold people! All seven Chaos Emeralds!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! *Laughs at Zack, rips off his "#1 Sonic fan" bumper sticker off his car and for no reason stomps on his sandcastle*I wanted to do some photography, but my camera didn't.... I took a LOT of pictures outside with the emeralds and some pics of plants, but it's soooo godly hot here.... ....it's the start of Feb and it looks like people will have to break out their summer clothing =C
Farx totally fixed many problems I had on this pic. Before, it lookd horrible hand had evil blue tones bleaching the entire thing. He restored it (no, restore is fixing something good, and he fixed it better then what it was!). I owe him big for this ^^!.

Just a quick search, seems there are similar cases of gem cut glass being sold as birthstone things: [link] Some of them are pretty much 'round the price I paid for them, so yeah, they're easy to find ^^

I can't believe people -still- fave and comment on this picture~ SO AMAZED. Normally I'd not respond to this (as I don't use DA anymore, just come in curiously and poke around at times), but it's been a while since I did and I recognize your name, so, why not?
There was a swap meet/flea market in Parker, AZ one year and I saw one vendor had various shiny things laid out. The ones that caught my eye were a case of various colored glass chunks cut to look like diamonds, and larger ones (roughly soft ball size) that rested in little round metal stands (er, remember the little white ottomans that came in a pizza box? 'Bout that shape/size). I had not only those, but I like four other different colors in the case and got a dark green large gem for like $6-12 if that? They were quite cheap. I'm sure you can find these things on the internet no problem, heck, maybe at a cheaper price even! I don't have these anymore sadly...I had to pack lightly when moving to Texas and I just didn't have room for the things =/
If you look for your own, I wish ya luck~ They were a nice little decoration for my dresser and computer table ^^

Ummm, congrats then? Or are you trying to say that I stole my own photograph? If that's the case, then would you like to say you saw my dead dog, compy+table, and game controllers on google search as well? If you're going to say I stole my own photo, then you might as well say I done so to my other photos that I had taken myself in my gallery then.
I don't steal pics. I don't re-save other's works and claim them as my own. If you want to find people who do steal other's work, then might I suggest looking harder on DA or try browsing Myspace (as people on that site seem to LOVE to rip off other's characters and say it's theirs).

If you check the date on my submission, and compare, and if you want me to make a video of my Chaos Emeralds and post it on my Youtube, then I'll make the vid anytime. I have golf ball sized emeralds, extra colors (in a case) and one real sized green one. I noticed someone saved my thumbnail sized picture of my submission and posted it like a month or so after I submitted my picture. I caugt it by looking around Sonic fan people who faved my pic and found this one girl's pic. The fishy thing I found was two things.... One, the color arrangement order, and two I noticed the grain of my pillow was perfectly matched. I saved a screen shot of my picture and hers and have it as a ready thing to show for proof. I took that picture of the emeralds early last year on my bed (on the pillow) with my camera a couple days after I bought my emeralds at the flea market. And you can even ask who made and submitted the pic here as I sent him the original I made and he tweeked the coloring as my camera's settings were messed up and the origonal was rather blue toned and he was knowlagable of fixing camera pic's settings to make them look more clearer.
I would have noted one way or another to the thief, but I didn't for two reasons: One, last time I saw someone say anything of their stolen pic, THEY got banned, not the theif, and two, well, it's just a photo pic, not my character(s). But either way, after seeing her get more faves and views on it really got to me over time, and I hate how DA just lets people submit blatant copies or traces of pics and won't fix anything. And as of months ago, I decited to only use DA for picture looking, not submitting. And it's the people like theives and pretenders out there that make me not want to submit anything I really really like or worked hard on, as I don't want other's to steal it, take credit, and have their mobs think that THEY made it when they just right-clicked, saved, and reposted.
One thing you should ask yourself is the friend (who I think you mean ) made the pic first, why is my date of submission Feb 5, 2007, while her's is May 9, 2007? Also, why is my pic larger while her's is just the size of my thumbnail?

I got them at a flea market. There was one in the town I'm currently living at, but I missed it so I won't know if the same guy was there with other shinies there.

Sorry.... one way to look them up is to do a search for like, 'jewel paper weights' or something. Only, you won't be able to find gem stands or the box to hold them =/. I was lucky to find these at the flea market really.

Very nice. It's too bad they're only golf ball sized, you should try to get the rest of your full sized ones!
Also, to help with blurry-ness try using a tripod.

Also, tripods wouldnt' help (even if I could get one for the tiny camera) with the blurryness...... the damn camera is just starting to blur on most of the settings for some reason... that, and sometimes I can take great pictures of like the cats or somebody, but when it comes to objects, it doesn't work too well......
