Edit: These are not auctions. I will not for-sure accept "base price" offers if I feel like the design is worth more. Sorry, I'm just attached to some of these. ;__;'
Rules:
- No reselling for profit unless design was heavily used and has collected art
- Credit at least on the first reference would be nice

:I I didn't *yell* at anyone but I will say that you should consider what you're putting down next time before you put anything down. It's rude to withdraw an offer especially if this is a way that the artist is making their money. Keep the tab open for a while, come back to it and if it's something you really want, put an offer down. If you don't want it anymore don't just withdraw, tell your friends about it and let them know what's going on- that way at least someone might come in and make an offer.
Sometimes things come up and you don't have the funds anymore.
You could always ask for an extension on the time if you need time to gather your funds again.
But if it's just the fact that the design is no longer appealing to you and you've found something else :I You should have thought about it longer.
