You'll have to have seen the other FA I drew to understand why he's not in his usual clothes
I can see Stork freaking out before having to perform in front of all the other Squadrons and Cyclonians too, as he'd freaked out in episode 20 *nods*
This isn't actually when he's on the stage with the other Storm Hawks (Aerrow not included though), but its like whats going in his mind, a visual of seeing thousands of people crowded around him waiting for him to do something. The reason why he doesn't look REALLY freaked out is because I didn't plan for this background, I was just having trouble drawing another one similar to my other FA, so I opted for something else, simply.

Hmm. Well I'm pretty darn happy with how he turned out considering he's a difficult character to draw. There were a few difficulties, one of the biggest issues was his chest area and the highlights of his hair, buuut I think fairly decent
