I find him great, but I would personally add some kind of white fur looking thingie on the jacket, reminding us his belly and muzzle :3
The hair are put up and remind me of the earsΒ 
Well Sonic is cool, Tails is cute. You managed to give them the main look of the characters Someday, in the future probably far far away I'd like to make my own version of some characters.
