I think maybe the tear should spread under the eyelash before it falls. When you cry, you feel the water cover your whole eyeball, before it starts to run down your face :3
Apart from that, all I can say is try using more frames and higher FPS :3

The tear could have been placed a bit lower down on the eye.. Except for that the tear runs perfectly down her cheek, Great job!!
