EDIT: ...Remind me, why haven't I submitted this to AoH yet? Fixing that now.
This is something that I've been working on since May, believe it or not.
There are a few things that could use improving, like the skin's shading.
But, overall, I think it turned out well and I'm really quite proud of it.
Title borrowed from 3OH!3 because that song has an epic bassline.

I could see why this would've taken since May. And it could use some more shading, but I don't really think it needs it. Awesome job ^-^

I've been working on it on-and-off really. I'm surprised I got it finished, most things I just leave up in the air and don't bother completing. And I'll just pretend she accidentally fell in a vat of liquid neon or summat. Which would explain the lack of shade and the glowy-glowy effect

Ahhh thank yooouuuuu * v* I actually wasn't sure what to do with the eyebrow so I left it for like forever before finally thinking "OKAY LET'S DO THIS." I think it's easier if you brush in a light base for it then do individual hairs with short strokes o vob Makes your hand hurt after a while, but worth the result imo. Really natural-looking and stuff.

Ah, as for the hair, it's a lot easier if you can find a brush pack that has specific brushes for hair or brushes that can simulate the separate strands without too much effort- Ah, what applications do you use, by the bye? o vo I mainly use Paint Tool SAI and PS Elements 6.

There are some good brushes over here for use on hair. As for SAI, I did install another brush pack a while ago, but I forgot how to do it and where I found the file Β΄~`;
