I think the eye colour was made into their blood colour for this?
And hair was...hair?

That moment where I realize Rarity has quite the same horns as my OC...
A little tip to improve the blood colors: base them on their personnality.
Might be my opinion, but Applejack would probably have one of the lowest ranks in the hemospectrum.
Twilight would probably be a violetblood or purpleblood so she could have natural violet/purple dyed hair.
Fluttershy could be middle. Rarity may be an high-middle blood, maybe cobalt?
As for Rainbow Dash, even if the Peixes are supposed to be the only tyrianbloods, I think it could fit with her well.
But anyway, it's a very nice job, and well done sprite-edits.
